What Is Your Refund / Return Policy?

All sales are final we do not accept returns of our cosmetics for hair and skin in light of the COVID-19 virus. Any return shipments for an incomplete mailing  address will receive a refund less our restocking fee of $5 for processing.

My Order Was Returned Back, What Now?

A full refund will be issued or you have the option to pay via invoice for shipping fee at second attempt.

What is the shelf life of Fluffy Foam, Wave Slime or Smoke Clay Wash?

Our gentle cleansing foam is well preserved with a shelf life of 12 months. It is suggested you store in a cool area away from sunlight, use as directed and do not add water to the contents. 

It Melted! What’s Can I Do?

 Allergy Warning Regarding Luxe Duo Masque & Crush Exfoliating Scrub

Full ingredient list for Luxe Duo Masque (Maca Root) and Crush Exfoliating Scrub (Macadamia Nut) is available on packaging.

Luxe Duo Masque: Maca Root is produced on facility equipment that process tred nuts including peanuts and/or gluten. Please advise your physician before purchasing this item.

Crush Exfoliating Scrub: Macadamia Nut Oil is used in our exfoliating scrub. We advise you to check with your physician if you have a nut allergy before using. A nut allergy warning is available on our product label with full ingredient disclosure.

Avoid purchasing either of the above products if you have a known allergy. 

Will your products work for my hair?

At My Fluffy Puffs, we don't discriminate whether you are natural or relaxed. We come in a variety of melanin shades with different hair textures. My products are designed for hair that is Grades 3 & 4 textures, from fluffy to curly. If you happen to eat rice and beans or fish with ceviche then this product is for you!

What is your shipping policy? 

We offer either First Class or Priority shipping which varies in price by weight. All international customers are responsible for associated duties and taxes.

There is a 3 Business Day handling time for domestic orders unless we advise of delays. If you need to update an address please email - Fluffy@MyFluffyPuffs.com soon as possible.

Weekend Orders: When you order on the weekend it will be shipped by Tuesday at the latest. You will receive an email for order confirmation and a second message once shipped.

What is this "restocking fee" charge I see?

If your items are returned for cancelled orders  to us we charge a convenience fee of $2.00 to inspect and restock unused product. You will notice the deduction any time a refund is issued for returned items.

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship international orders and will provide tracking info via email for your convenience. The info will indicate when it leaves the USA and then arrives in the U.K. The package is then released to Royal Mail for final delivery and they will notify you within 48 hours if all associated duties are not paid.

I never received my package, can you help?

Email us Fluffy@myfluffypuffs.com as soon as you can so we can try to resolve any mailing issue. We confirm every address to ensure a great experience.

Do any of your products contain harsh chemicals?

None of my products including the selected fragrances contain any known skin irritants or harsh chemicals. We don't use any of the following: Alcohol, Parabens, Sulfates, Phtalates, Cocamide, or Petroleum. 

What is Cocamide?

It's synthetic (fake) coconut oil that's widely found in hair products. Cocamide is derived from coconut oil but it's not the REAL thing. As a matter of fact, some synthetic versions of Cocamide are found to be cancer-causing such as Cocamide DEA or its close relative MEA.

Your fragrances are listed as "phthalate-free" but what are phtalates?

Most synthetic fragrances in cosmetic skin and hair products contain materials used to make plastic. Phthalates is one such component. All of our fragrances are vegan and kosher certified to be "phtalate-free".

How much Biotin does your Twist Frosting contain?

Biotin is vitamin B7 which your body naturally generates. Now we aren't handing out trade secrets but our formula contains just enough to boost your hair strength.

Does your soap bar only come in one size and how long will they last?

The answer is yes, for now. Our soaps come in the most common 4.5 oz. size you can find. One bar can last for a full 30 days on average.

Where is my gift card?

All gift cards will be sent via e-mail to the address you provide. You can use your gift card toward any purchase, just fill in the special code during checkout.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

If the items you ordered are damaged upon delivery we will issue you a full refund as soon as possible. All returned items must be unopened before a refund will be granted. You have 3 days from delivery to report a problem. Check the shipping box for a return slip included with your order. Otherwise if the product is opened or used, we will give you store credit towards a future purchase.

¿Sus productos son sólo para cabello negro?

¿Qué es exactamente “Cabello Negro”? Venimos en una gran variedad de tonos de melanina con diferentes texturas de cabello. Mis productos son diseñados para cabello que es esponjoso (desde grado 4) hasta rizado (grado 3). Si comes arroz y frijoles o pescado con ceviche, entonces ¡Este producto es para ti! LOL

¿Cuál es su política de envíos?

Ofrecemos envíos Terrestres o Prioritarios que varían en precio por peso para ambos USA y Reino Unido. Todos los clientes I nternacionales son responsables por deberes e impuestos asociados. Enviamos de lunes a viernes. Si pide durante el fin de semana vamos a enviar el martes.

Usamos United States Postal Service para enviar órdenes internacionales y proporcionaremos información de rastreo para tu conveniencia. La información indicará cuando salga de USA y llegue a Reino Unido. El paquete luego se entrega al servicio postal para entrega final.

¿Cuánta Biotina contiene tu Twist Frosting?

La Biotina es vitamina B7 que tu cuerpo genera naturalmente. Ahora no estamos diciendo secretos pero nuestra fórmula contiene suficiente para impulsar la fuerza de tu cabello.

¿Tu barra de jabón sólo viene en un tamaño y cuánto dura?

La respuesta es sí, por ahora. Nuestros jabones vienen en el tamaño más común 4.5 oz. que puedes encontrar. Una barra puede durar como un mes en promedio.

Dónde está mi Tarjeta de Regalo?

Todas las tarjetas de regalo serán enviadas por e-mail a la dirección que proporciones.

¿Me pueden dar un reembolso o hacer un cambio?

Si los artículos que ordenaste están dañados por la entrega te enviaremos un reembolso completo tan pronto como sea posible. Todos los artículos devueltos deben no haber sido abiertos antes de que se entregue un reembolso. Tienes 3 días desde la entrega para reportar un problema. De otra
forma si el producto es abierto o usado, te daremos crédito de la tienda hacia un cambio.
